The Auberge Maître Pannetier lies at the heart of a small city of character, Vouvant (region 85), one of the most beautiful villages in France.
A stone’s throw from the Romanesque church of the XIIth century.

Mathilde and her team warmly welcome you to this 18th century inn.
You can enjoy the fireplace in the dining room, the charm of the vaulted cellar Rocher dining room, for your family or business meals.
Our chef David offers you traditional and seasonal food based on regional products.
On sunny days you can quench your thirst on the terrace with our own cocktails.

Café Cour du Miracle

The Café Cour du Miracle is a charming English run café restaurant in the heart of the historic town centre, looking out onto the 13th century Tour Mélusine.The owners Paul & Karen are always delighted to meet new people, whether you are dropping in for a bite to eat, or a cold drink in the beautiful courtyard, where you can read about the legend of the “Cour du Miracle”.

There is a full bar complete with English and French beers and ales, and Irish cider. The varied menu has English, French and vegetarian cuisine, ice creams and desserts, and of course Karen’s famous cakes!

There are regular social events such as live music and quiz nights, and you can see the work of several talented local artists on display in the café.

Opening hours :
11am – 7pm – Wednesday to Sunday.
“Pub night” Fridays until 10pm with three course meal.
Closed in February.
